What are the requirements to participate?

To be part of the Santander internship program in the Wholesale area, the requirements are simple. You must be in the second year of a technology or bachelor's degree and have 6 free hours per day.

However, the technology area requires a few more points from the candidate. The courses accepted by this program are only those in the exact or information sciences area. At the same time, training must be planned by the end of 2023.

Knowledge of Big Data and mastery of the Office package will help you stand out at this time and are also on the list of requirements.

Finally, as this vacancy is for in-person work, the candidate must reside in the São Paulo region (capital and interior): Santo Amaro, Interlagos, Vila Olímpia, São Carlos or Campinas.

How do the stages of the selection process work?

Firstly, anyone who wants to be part of the Santander internship program must register online. Therefore, it is necessary to access the website of the area you want to register and show interest.

An online interview will then be held with selected individuals. Successful candidates will be divided into groups and will have to perform a dynamic to demonstrate their ability to work together.

The last stage consists of a dynamic with the manager of the chosen area and a final interview. If selected at this stage, the candidate will join the company's staff and will officially be an intern.

What are the benefits and remuneration?

The bank does not inform in its vacancy advertisements what the amount paid to those approved in the Santander internship program is. However, according to information from the website Glassdoor, the salary is around R$ 2,000.00.

At the same time, it is still possible to count on other receipts, such as transportation vouchers and food assistance.

In the work space there are positive points such as training with mentors and a cafeteria. Additionally, interns can count on vacation.

Finally, there are also health benefits! The intern has life insurance and medical assistance while working with the company.
