This aims to help younger people enter the job market. The program relies on a law that obliges medium and large companies to hire young people aged 14 to 24.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>However, hiring the youngster has some advantages. Firstly, the working day is reduced and can only be 6 hours a day.
